International Digital Manager

Position: International Digital Manager - Premium Cosmetics

Location: Warsaw / Hybrid

Company & position overview:

On behalf of our Client, a premium cosmetics manufacturer with a strong brand heritage and a growing global presence we are currently seeking a digitally savvy, strategic, and execution-focused Digital Manager to lead and scale the brand's international digital strategy across key global markets.

This is a pivotal role within the organization's growth agenda, with responsibility for driving digital sales performance, customer engagement, and brand visibility across both owned and third-party online channels. The Digital Manager will work closely with Marketing, eCommerce, Export, and Creative teams to ensure consistency in digital presence and excellence in execution.

The ideal Candidate will bring solid experience in digital marketing and eCommerce within beauty, luxury, or consumer lifestyle sectors and a proven track record of building digital ecosystems in international environments. Experience in working with Amazon (both Vendor and Seller Central) is highly important and will be a key success factor in this role.

Scope of duties:

• Develop and implement the global digital strategy across priority international markets to support brand awareness, conversion, and customer loyalty.
• Lead digital campaigns (performance marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, influencer activation, and CRM), adapting global assets to local market needs.
• Manage Amazon operations including content optimization, advertising (AMS), product listings, promotions, and performance analytics.
• Collaborate with regional partners and distributors to ensure consistent and high-performing digital brand execution across global markets.
• Monitor key digital KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, ROAS, CAC) and optimize strategy based on analytics and performance data.
• Enhance the brand's presence across digital touchpoints, including websites, marketplaces, and social media platforms.
• Work closely with creative and brand teams to ensure that content is aligned with global branding and meets the expectations of premium and luxury audiences.
• Stay ahead of digital and consumer trends in international beauty markets, identifying new growth opportunities, tools, and platforms.
• Support expansion into new international markets by building digital activation and media launch plans.

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or digital brand management, ideally within premium/luxury beauty, skincare, or fashion sectors.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts (Vendor and/or Seller Central), including content, campaigns, and sales optimization.
• Proven success in managing digital strategy and performance across multiple international markets.
• Solid knowledge of key digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, Shopify/Magento/Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Passion for beauty, wellness, or luxury lifestyle products, with an understanding of digital storytelling for premium brands.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in cross-border eCommerce and working in a global or matrix environment will be highly valued.
