We are currently looking for a Senior Loan Operations Specialist ready to join our adventure, share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.What you will be doing?

As a Senior Loan Operations Specialist you will manage the complete back-office lifecycle of our loan portfolio, ensuring precision from disbursement to closure.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Loan Administration & Processing: Manage the full loan lifecycle, including timely processing of disbursements, payments, interest/fee calculations, and repayment reconciliation.

Data & Document Integrity: Ensure accurate data entry and maintain meticulous management of all loan, security, and guarantee documentation (e.g., BGK, state aid forms).

Compliance Checks: Verify all client covenants and disbursement conditions are met.

Support & Efficiency: Resolve operational queries from internal teams and proactively identify and implement process improvements within the loan department.

Skills you should have

3+ years in a banking operations/administrative role,  loan product experience preffered

Proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are essential.

Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, and a proactive, responsible work ethic.

Fluency in English (B2+).
