Key Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- min 3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM MQ administration
- Strong knowledge of MQ internals, message flows, and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with MQ security concepts and implementation.
- Familiarity with distributed MQ environments is a plus.
- Scripting skills (REXX, Shell, PowerShell, or Python).
- Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).
Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
