 (Senior) Java Full-Stack Developer

As part of the Stock Exchange Engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the back-end and front end development of our products. We're seeking top-tier talent to join our growing team and help shape the future of financial markets infrastructure.

  What You Will Do
  • Design and develop high-performance Java-based end-to-end applications with external-facing interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with primary and secondary market trading systems, while working across the full technology stack including frontend, backend and database layers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal security policies, maintaining system resilience and operational reliability.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, best-in-class solutions, following Java development best practices and financial market regulations
  • Support and maintain mission-critical financial systems used by leading global financial institutions, including participation in on-call duties, while working across the full technology stack
  • Build and maintain GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins for automated delivery, release support, and incident handling, using Bash scripting to ensure scalable and resilient operations
  • Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team comprising developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders, leveraging frameworks like SCRUM and SAFe
 
What You Bring 
  • Extensive Experience in High-Performance Software Engineering
    You have 10+ years of hands-on experience building applications using Java (Java 8+, SpringBoot, JPA/Hibernate). Bonus points if you have worked with Angular and modern front-end frameworks to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Advanced Cloud Expertise: Proven ability to optimize data workflows for reliability and scalability
  • Proven experience with containerization technologies and orchestration platforms, including Kubernetes and OpenShift
  • Expertise in object-oriented design and event-driven architecture, with a solid understanding of messaging systems and database optimization or financial markets infrastructure is highly advantageous in advancing the organization's core objectives.
  • Strategic Problem-Solver with a Resilience Mindset
    You're a strategic thinker with a focus on quality and resilience. You have the systematic thinking skills to troubleshoot complex systems and ensure secure, scalable solutions that stand the test of time
