Job Description
We are looking for Tech Lead Backend Developer who is going to join project within banking industry. The objective of the project is to build and rollout an application that collects, manages and distributes the Standard Settlement Instructions to the back-office systems that need those payment instructions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead technical solutioning discussions with stakeholders
  • Unblock team in delivery pipeline
  • Help team to develop their skills
  • Ensure quality of delivered work from technical, security and best practices view
  • Backend development on several applications; both on new and existing applications
  • Perform code reviews
  • Participate in SCRUM events
  • Participate in technical analysis and discussions

Our Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to define technical critical path and take necessary steps to deliver it
  • Finding solutions not obstacle
  • Core Java V11-V17, Advanced java (JDBC, Memory management, Concurrency)
  • Spring framework (Spring Boot 2-3)
  • Knowledge of JPA (Hibernate)
  • Knowledge of RDBMS (specifically SQL skills and optimisation in Oracle)
  • Knowledge regarding communication using messaging
  • Web communication: experience with REST, OpenAPI specifications (Swagger) and API First approach
  • Good understanding of GIT, Maven
  • Understanding microservice architecture, communication and development
  • Understanding of SCRUM Workflow
  • Understanding of Backend Security topics
