Dołączysz do zespołu R&D rozwijającego systemy wspomagania kierowcy (ADAS). Szukamy praktyka, który
łączy integrację systemów, testy SIL/HIL, testy stanowiskowe i w pojeździe
, a do tego potrafi samodzielnie zbudować i utrzymać środowiska testowe. Nie ujawniamy klienta; pracujesz w międzynarodowym środowisku, nad produktami używanymi globalnie.

Zakres zadań

• Integracja systemowa: łączenie modułów softwarowych w spójny komponent ADAS; dbanie o poprawną komunikację sygnałów i interfejsów.
• Architektura & rozwój oprogramowania: współtworzenie architektury funkcji ADAS; implementacje i prototypy w C/C++ oraz MATLAB/Simulink; wczesne koncepcje HMI (np. Figma, Flutter, PyQt).
• Testy & walidacja: projektowanie, budowa i utrzymanie środowisk SIL/HIL; testy bench i in-vehicle; analiza danych, metryki KPI, raportowanie.
• Eksploatacja prototypów: przygotowanie stanowisk, konfiguracja pojazdów testowych; jazdy próbne (tor/publiczne drogi).
• Współpraca & delivery: planowanie i egzekucja zadań, praca z zespołami w PL i za granicą (w tym dostawcy Tier-1), wsparcie ofert/RFP, standaryzacja i ciągłe doskonalenie.

Wymagania (must-have)

• Wykształcenie: informatyka/automatyka/robotyka/mechatronika/elektronika lub pokrewne (min. inż.).
• Doświadczenie hands-on w ADAS / embedded SW z naciskiem na integrację systemów.
• Praktyka w tworzeniu i testach oprogramowania C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink (automotive).
• Udokumentowana praca z SIL/HIL oraz procedurami testów bench i in-vehicle.
• Znajomość integracji czujników (kamera, radar, lidar, sonar), CAN i narzędzi diagnostycznych.
• Doświadczenie w CI/CD (np. Azure DevOps Pipelines) i chmurze (Azure/AWS).
• Bardzo dobre umiejętności analityczne, rozwiązywanie problemów, komunikacja w środowisku międzynarodowym (angielski min. B2/C1).

Mile widziane

• Doświadczenie u producentów OEM / praca z dostawcami Tier 1.
• Współpraca z zespołami japońskimi/azjatyckimi i znajomość praktyk rozwoju pojazdów.
• Uprawnienia/doświadczenie w prowadzeniu pojazdów prototypowych.

Overview
Join an R&D team building advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). We're looking for a hands-on engineer who combines
system integration
,
SIL/HIL testing
, bench and in-vehicle validation—and can independently set up and maintain test environments. The end client is confidential. You'll work in an international setting on globally used products.

Responsibilities

• System Integration: merge software modules into a cohesive ADAS component; ensure correct signal routing and interfaces.
• Architecture & Software: co-design ADAS feature architecture; implement/prototype in C/C++ and MATLAB/Simulink; early HMI concepts (e.g., Figma, Flutter, PyQt).
• Testing & Validation: design, build, and maintain SIL/HIL environments; run bench and in-vehicle tests; analyze data, define KPIs, report results.
• Prototype Operations: prepare benches, configure test vehicles; perform drives on track and public roads.
• Collaboration & Delivery: plan and execute work, cooperate with PL and international teams (incl. Tier-1 suppliers), support proposals/RFPs, drive standardization and continuous improvement.

Requirements (must-have) We offer

Key Requirements

• Degree in CS/Automation/Robotics/Mechatronics/Electronics or related (BSc+).
• Hands-on ADAS / embedded software experience with a focus on system integration.
• Proven development & testing with C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink (automotive).
• Documented work with SIL/HIL and bench / in-vehicle test procedures.
• Sensor integration knowledge (camera, radar, lidar, sonar), CAN and diagnostic tools.
• Experience with CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps Pipelines) and cloud (Azure/AWS).
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills; effective communication in international teams (English B2/C1).

Nice to have

• OEM experience and/or work with Tier-1 suppliers.
• Collaboration with Japanese/Asian teams; familiarity with vehicle development practices.
• Ability/licenses to drive prototype vehicles.
• HMI design practice and integrating C code with HMI layers.
