Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and creative
Designer
who's excited about visual storytelling and delivering high-impact designs. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, can balance creativity with precision.

You should be a strong team player with excellent communication skills, eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ready to take ownership of projects from concept to delivery. Team Composition
Team of 6 including the Art Director, Design Team Lead, 1 Senior Designer, 2 Designers, and 1 Web Designer.

Responsibilities

• Create professional and visually engaging presentations for internal initiatives, potential clients, and business events;
• Design marketing materials - banners, key visuals, and promotional assets for web, email, SMM, and PPC campaigns;
• Develop original graphic concepts and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects;
• Create aesthetic and functional web page designs aligned with usability and UX/UI principles;
• Prepare print-ready materials;
• Collaborate closely with marketing and development teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in design;
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Microsoft PowerPoint;
• Experience working with at least one AI design tool (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.);
• Solid understanding of brand books and visual communication principles (colour, typography, composition, and design theory);
• Basic understanding of UX/UI and usability principles;
• Ability to work within and maintain a design system;
• Experience with Jira;
• Proven ability to generate creative, on-brand ideas aligned with marketing and design trends;
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and proactivity in managing tasks;
• Fluent Ukrainian / Russian and Upper-intermediate level of English or higher.
