Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role;
  • Experience preparing project documentation (WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&S, BRD, Business Cases, etc.);
  • Experience in business process modeling (BPMN) and applying UML for various types of diagrams and models;
  • Ability to manage communication processes within software development projects;
  • Stakeholder management skills in software development projects;
  • Understanding of basic UX principles and proficiency with prototyping tools (Figma);
  • Knowledge of key software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and related frameworks (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Experience in systems analysis (SQL, database modeling, data analysis, research and description of integrations);
  • Experience in requirements change management within software development;
  • Understanding of project risk management fundamentals.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages at B2 level or higher;
  • Experience working in banking or fintech projects;
  • Experience participating in software development in other roles;
  • Experience in mentoring or knowledge sharing.
