Recruitment Intern (paid internship)
Miejsce pracy: Lublin
Responsibilities:- Participation in recruitment processes (posting job ads, conducting research and initial application screening, scheduling interviews)
- Supporting employer branding activities (collaboration with universities and student organizations, creating content for social media)
- Supporting the HR department in ongoing tasks
- Good command of English (C1)
- Highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills
- Accuracy in task execution and a strong sense of responsibility
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- We will ensure comprehensive onboarding for your tasks.
- You will gain experience under the guidance of specialists in your field, within a large and well-known IT company.
- We will support your skill development by providing advice and sharing our experience.
