Inviting applications for the role of Buyer – Domain Trainee – German – Hybrid Krakow
In this role, you will provide support to Buying in assigned areas of responsibility to develop the sales and profitability of the company, assist with Buying projects, and complete Buying tasks.

Responsibilities
·    Manage day-to-day communication & training for business partners (internal stakeholders & suppliers) linked to buying activities such as tenders Q&As, Sampling process, Article description documents, etc.
·    Creating and continuously updating documentation and practical guidelines for our business partners (SOPs, Tools onboarding guidelines, Tenders Q&As, Sampling guidelines, OC process clarifications, etc.)
·    Comprehensive analysis of business partner data and preparation of performance reports such as (article availability, delivery performance, scorecard collection, tender outcome, etc.) and makes solution recommendations
·    Responsible for the accurate & timely execution of all article price validation between Invoice – PO – Contract
·    Enters / provides and maintains data in Buying systems (product data, tendering, contracting etc.)
·    Supporting strategic planning and implementation of projects
·    Designing the integration process of new business partners into established systems and workflows
·    Initiates onboarding of new suppliers.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
·    Fluency in German and a strong command of English
·    Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
·    Relevant experience required in Source-to-Pay (STP)
·    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
·    Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
·    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
·    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
·    Experience working in the retail industry / with retail clients
·    Knowledge of additional languages
