About the role:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You'll work as part of a team in a scrum setting and must be a self- motivated, proactive, and out-of-the-box thinker.

What you will be doing:

• Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency

• Selecting hardware, software and vendors

• Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct


• Modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operation time and form of desired results

• Analyzing business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications

• Influencing business partners and service providers regarding priorities, hardware/software selection and/or vendor selection

What you will need:


• Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end systems development life cycles


• Knowledge of financial services industry


• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development


• Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients

• A bachelor's in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience – Master's degree is desirable
