As Business Support Specialist your mission is to help Business Analysts & Consultants in delivering appropriate reports to optimize client spend. You are activley involved in every phase of the sourcing engagement, from project preparation to notifications to suppliers and distribution. In this role, you interact with suppliers and act as an expert of the sourcing tool.

We are looking for effective communicators and multitaskers, you do not need extensive previous experience, but you must have a positive attitude, great learning agility and team spirit. You also need to speak a good level of German.

CWT Solutions Group delivers global consulting and sourcing services to corporate companies to assist them in optimizing their hotel spend. As a member of the EMEA team, the Business Support Specialist will assist a team of Consultants who deliver sourcing projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Request for Proposal follow up; provide suppliers with support and training, conduct negotiations and sending notifications
  • Data loading; administration of CWT Hotel Solutions RFP tool (Lanyon), hotel/air bids loading and quality proofing information
  • Administrative follow up with various stakeholders
  • Maintain a comprehensive supplier & client data file for all assigned projects
  • Proactively communicate information to consultants and escalate potential issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in CWT Solutions Group weekly calls
  • Data analysis
  • Provide assistance to the Consultants and to suppliers
