As a candidate you should have experience in Team Management and be Subject Matter Expert for O2C Finance scope.As Credit & Collection Team Leader you will be responsible forTeam ManagementProject ManagementSupervision of Daily Operations (e.g. sales order and credit limit management, cash management incl. collection and clearing, bad debt management, various reporting incl. aging, DSO etc.)Process Standardisation and HarmonizationJSOX Controls and ComplianceWhat You Will Do – Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise Team to deliver high quality service to all ClientsTeam Management (e.g. regular meetings, development plan, performance discussions and appraisals, career planning, setting personal goals etc...Support Manager with setting up KPI and SLA based on business needs and ensure fulfilmentManage Continuous Improvement Projects (e.g. standardization and harmonization initiatives, productivity improvements, best practices etc.)Maintain Compliance with all company accounting policies & internal controlProfessionals SkillsWho we are looking for3 years' experience in Team Management (10 + employees) in multi-country environment. Preferred Shared Service Operations or BPO environmentExperience in Cash Collection and Risk ManagementBachelor/Master Degree in Finance is required. Certification in International Credit Management and Certification on Trade Finance Instrument will be a plusExcellent English in both written and oralGood understanding of IT systems in general (familiar with SAP)Personal SkillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple prioritiesAbility to manage, coach and develop team membersDemonstrate professionalism and proactive, can-do mindset in all interactionsAnalyse and solve problems quickly and thoroughly with clear action planExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical skillsAre you ready to join us?
