To support our growing presence in Central Europe, we are looking for an HR Project Manager to join our team.
As an HR Project Manager, you play a pivotal role in the implementation of new sites from HR perspective. Collaborating closely with the client, as well as our operational and cross-functional teams, you drive project execution across Central Europe. The role is based in Poland and offers hybrid/remote work.
What does your day look like in the role of our HR Project Manager:
Leading and coordinating implementation projects from HR perspectiveCreating project plans and ensuring that all tasks are assigned and communicated to the appropriate HR project members and tracked effectivelyProactively identifying, communicating and mitigating risk factorsGathering updates from all workstreams to maintain project transparencyActing as an interface between operations, HR, and the client to ensure alignment and collaborationReporting on the progress and status of the projectsSupporting additional HR-related projectsWhat do you need to be successful:
Proven experience in HR project management and implementationExperience in the logistics industry would be an assetFluency in English with excellent communication skillsProficiency in MS Excel at an intermediate levelCapability to work efficiently under time constraints and manage prioritiesDriving licence cat. BWillingness to travelUnlock the potential of your future
