It is currently undertaking a major strategic IT transformation to modernise its core enterprise systems (ERP, MES, WMS), enhance IT/OT integration across its factories, and establish a robust digital and data foundation to support manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial activities.This is a critical leadership position with significant influence on operational continuity, efficiency, risk mitigation, and the organisation's long-term competitiveness. Your role is:We are seeking a Group CIO to lead and reshape the entire IT landscape across a multi-site industrial organisation, working in close partnership with the CEO, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and site-level leadership.The role is accountable for the company's enterprise systems (ERP, MES, WMS), infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT/OT architecture, data governance, and the overall digital transformation strategy.It demands an experienced IT executive with solid industrial expertise, strong technical acumen, and the capability to harmonise processes across countries, plants, and warehouses. Your skills and experiences:-> Define and execute the Group IT strategy and enterprise architecture roadmap (ERP, MES, WMS, integrations, data platforms) in alignment with the CEO and executive team.-> Provide governance for systems, cybersecurity, vendors, and technology investments across the Group.-> Lead and own the full enterprise applications landscape (ERP SAP/D365, MES, WMS, PLM/SCM, BI/MDM, integration platforms) and drive multi-country rollouts ensuring standardisation across plants and warehouses.-> Oversee IT/OT architecture and factory systems, including SCADA/PLC connectivity, network segmentation, IIoT/edge, traceability, OEE, and shopfloor reliability.-> Ensure robust cybersecurity posture and risk management, including ISO 27001 and NIS2 compliance, disaster recovery, business continuity, and reduction of incidents and vulnerabilities.-> Manage global infrastructure (data centres, cloud, workplace, identity, networks) and ensure SLA-driven, ITIL-aligned service operations.-> Build and lead a high-performing IT organisation, optimise vendor and contract management, and foster strong collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and local plant leadership. What would be ideal:+ Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; an MBA is an asset.+ 15+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (CIO, IT Director, Head of IT).+ Demonstrated responsibility for ERP (SAP S/4HANA or MS Dynamics), MES, and WMS in industrial or manufacturing environments.+ Solid experience with factory IT/OT, cybersecurity, disaster recovery/business continuity, 24/7 operations, and multi-site environments.+ Strong track record in leading large programmes with mixed internal teams and external integrators.+ Excellent communication skills and ability to manage executive-level stakeholders.+ Fluency in English is required; German proficiency is a strong advantage. Our client offers:+ On-site role based in Poland with frequent travels to the Central Offices;+ Multi-site travel to European plants and warehouses;+ Attractive and competitive executive package, aligned with the seniority and impact of therole in similar size companies; If interested, please apply safely through this portal (application rules are in accordance with GDPR).
