Apply nowLearn more Enterprise AI Architect ManagerWhat This Position Is About – PurposeThe role is focused on the optimal technology design of core Digital and AI solutions according to JTI's business requirements and ensuring optimal positioning of related Data. AI and Marketing & Sales (M&S) solutions. This position is responsible for developing the 3+ year architecture roadmaps for JTI, ensuring its long-term operational efficiency and sustainability.What Will You Do – ResponsibilitiesStrategic Architecture Planning for JTI platform solutionsDevelop and maintain JTI technology/solution architecture roadmap considering industry trends, business requirements, strategic portfolio of upcoming initiatives and technology roadmapsEstablish strong working relationship with IT Teams, whose technologies are used in JTI application landscapeLeverage the relationship to ensure strong support for JTI and influence vendors' product development and directionEnsure that AI solution architecture is aligned with the principles and directions established by the enterprise architectureSolution architecture services for projectsParticipate as advisor and support the projects to ensure that technology selection is aligned with the standardsProvide balanced architecture evaluation considering project delivery constraints and the sustainability of the solution for the businessApprove non-standard or pilot technology use in specific projectsPropose innovative solutions to address digital sales opportunities, leveraging existing or new solutionsProvide proactive feedback to BTS process team leads, project sponsors and top management.Define and maintain architecture standards for platformsEstablish and maintain consistent architecture standards for JTI PlatformsArchitecture standards should consider solution platform, integration, UX and BI requirements, security and data managementStandards should be created in alignment with JTI IT standards, vendor and technology constraints, business requirements, development and operations processesPromote, communicate architecture standards on a regular basisWork with BTS, Development Teams and Data & Analytics to ensure compliance to standardsPropose potential optimizations to simplify architectureWho Are We Looking For – RequirementsEducationUniversity degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field or relevant experienceWork experienceworking experience on the following new technology trends5+ years of Architecture and IT/Business process management experience5+ years of experience and demonstrable knowledge of ML and AI including industrialization and governance5+ years of experience in solution design for enterprise platforms3+ years of experience in cloud and digital technologies (e.g. Azure, Databricks Magento)Experience in Solution Architecture tasks and methods, good understanding of enterprise and solution architecture concepts and standardsArchiMate knowledge is a plusLanguageEnglish professional proficiency (spoken and written)What Are The Next StepsInterview with GBS Talent Attraction ExpertOnline interview with the Hiring Manager and one of their Team2nd Line Interview for FinalistsAre you ready to join us?
