Join our international IT support team as a System Engineer. You'll diagnose, guide, and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operations across our organization.Your role is to:-> Provide 2nd- and 3rd-level support for complex IT issues, analyzing problems to find root causes;> Ensure stability and performance of IT systems while proactively improving them through automation and best practices;> Maintain documentation and task tracking in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);> Coordinate and support application and infrastructure releases with well-documented deployments;> Support the implementation and monitoring of IT security measures, including endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender) and compliance monitoring;Your skills and experiences:> 3+ years of professional experience in system engineering or a similar role;> Solid knowledge of Microsoft Server and Client environments;> Hands-on experience with AD / Entra ID, DNS, DHCP, and GPO;> Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation; knowledge of Python is considered an advantage;> Practical experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), including VM management;> Experience with cloud-based virtual desktop solutions (big plus);> Good understanding of IT security practices (endpoint protection, compliance, monitoring);> Basic network troubleshooting skills (advantage);> Experience with release processes and DLP policies (optional);> Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or equivalent professional training;> Fluent English (German or other languages are a plus).Our client offers:> Sharing the costs of private medical care;> Sports activities;> Online Trainings;> Sharing the costs of life insurance;> Flexible working time;> Integration events.If interested, please apply safely through this portal (application rules are in accordance with GDPR).
