Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Projektowanie, rozwój i wdrażanie asystentów AI oraz systemów konwersacyjnych opartych o modele językowe (LLM)
  • Budowa i integracja rozwiązań Generative AI (RAG, embeddingi, bazy wektorowe, analiza danych z baz relacyjnych i platform danych)
  • Tworzenie i optymalizacja promptów oraz context engineering
  • Implementacja, optymalizacja i wdrażanie modeli AI w chmurze Microsoft Azure (OpenAI Service, AI Search, AI Speech, Document Intelligence) i środowiskach on-premises
  • Budowa i utrzymanie pipeline'ów ML/MLOps oraz współpraca z zespołami Data Engineering i DevOps
  • Udział w projektach PoC, wdrożeniach produkcyjnych u Klientów i inicjatywach badawczo-rozwojowych

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Posiadasz co najmniej
    2-letnie
    doświadczenie w obszarze AI / GenAI / ML
  • Bardzo dobrze znasz
    Python
    i
    SQL
  • Masz doświadczenie w pracy z modelami LLM (np. GPT, Claude, Llama, Mistral, Bielik, Gemini) i potrafisz z nich korzystać przez API
  • Wdrażasz rozwiązania oparte o
    RAG
    i nie jest Ci obcy
    prompt engineering
  • Znasz usługi
    Azure AI
    (OpenAI Service, AI Search, AI Speech, Document Intelligence itp.)
  • Komunikujesz się swobodnie w języku angielskim (czytanie dokumentacji, spotkania projektowe)
  • Cechuje Cię dokładność, odpowiedzialność i chęć eksperymentowania z nowymi narzędziami

Dodatkowo cenimy:

  • Znajomość narzędzi do budowy rozwiązań AI (LangChain, LlamaIndex, HuggingFace, serwery MCP)
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z bazami wektorowymi (ElasticSearch, Qdrant) oraz narzędziami observability LLM (Arize Phoenix, Langfuse)
  • Biegłość w korzystaniu z bibliotek pydantic i MLflow, a także doświadczenie w Data Engineeringu
  • Wiedzę z zakresu analizy i przetwarzania obrazów, w tym OCR
