SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant - Polish Speaking

Initial 2-week scoping, followed by 3-year project

Overview:
A leading organisation is seeking an experienced
SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant
to support their
Greenfield S/4HANA conversion project
. The role will focus on analysing current ECC 4.6 processes and defining the future "As-Is to To-Be" finance landscape as part of a multi-year transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a 2-week initial scoping exercise to map current ECC 4.6 processes.
  • Define "As-Is" and design "To-Be" processes in S/4HANA Finance.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure finance requirements are captured and implemented effectively.
  • Support the Greenfield conversion from ECC to S/4HANA, including configuration, testing, and process optimization.
  • Provide guidance on integration points with other modules and systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Fluent in
    Polish
    and
    English
    .
  • Extensive
    SAP FICO experience
    , ideally within ECC and S/4HANA.
  • Proven experience with
    As-Is/To-Be process design
    .
  • Exposure to
    Greenfield S/4HANA projects
    or full cycle SAP implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
