Responsibilities:
  • collaborate with the team to create and execute a sales strategy for your assigned technology client portfolio,
  • proactively reach out to potential customers (via phone and email) to schedule meetings, present tailored solutions, and close deals,
  • analyze client business needs and recommend cloud-based technology solutions to maximize long-term revenue,
  • build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing customers and new prospects,
  • identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline,
  • work towards individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the department.
Requirements:
  • fluent German and good command of English (both written and spoken),
  • at least 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales — from prospecting and negotiating to deal closing,
  • ability to build partnerships and communicate effectively with senior decision-makers,
  • understanding of cloud-based software solutions and interest in the technology industry,
  • strong solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections and resolve issues independently,
  • residency in or willingness to relocate to the Krakow area.
