Make Your Mark on an Iconic Global Brand  

Lead Lipton Ice Tea - the second biggest PepsiCo beverage brand in Poland, enjoying undisputed market leadership and continuously winning the hearts of Gen Z consumers. We work on Lipton in a unique joint venture partnership called PLI – Pepsi Lipton International – combining the strengths and expertise of two FMCG leaders, PepsiCo & Unilever, to accelerate the ready-to-drink iced tea category through outstanding strategy, campaigns, innovation, and execution power.  This is not just a marketing role—it's a strategic seat at the table, where your ideas and decisions will directly impact market share, brand equity and profitability. Responsibilities

1. Own Business Performance - deliver results that matter—volume, revenue, profit, and share of market. Analyze trends, anticipate challenges, and recommend decisive actions to keep Lipton ahead of the competition.

2. Shape Strategy - partner with PLI to craft a winning Brand Growth Strategy and annual marketing calendar. Drive local amplification with efficiency and creativity to make every campaign count.

3. Lead Innovation - be the force behind new product launches. From concept to commercialization, you'll lead end-to-end innovation projects that excite consumers and strengthen Lipton's leadership.

4. Create Impactful Communication - Develop 360° campaigns that resonate—TV, digital, social. Work with top agencies and design teams to ensure Lipton's voice is bold, consistent, and unforgettable.

5. Drive Execution Excellence - turn plans into reality. Collaborate across business units and functions (Sales, Demand Acceleration, Commercialization, Supply Chain, PLI) to deliver consumer-centric activations that win hearts and minds and deliver growth in retail channels with a market-making attitude.

6. Build Powerful Partnerships - work closely with PLI, insights, media, legal, finance, and leading creative & media agencies. Your ability to influence and connect will make you a key player in Lipton's success story.

Qualifications

1. Education: University degree; Marketing/Management specialization is an advantage.

2. Experience: 8–10+ years in marketing in FMCG company. Experience in Beverages will be a plus

3. Expertise: Proven experience in marketing budgeting, advertising activities, budget control, and brand/product launches. Strong strategic capabilities and high-level project management skills. Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.

4. Technical Skills: Fluent in Nielsen tools with strong analytical skills.

5. Leadership skills: Excellent collaboration, influencing & communication skills; ability to build cross-functional relationships, flexibility to adapt to a changing business environment, ability to work independently, with self-motivation and passion for learning and development.

6. Languages: Fluent English & Polish (written and spoken)
