Job Title: Utility PV and BESS Technical Specialist

Job Location: Warsaw, Poland

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the analysis of customer requirements and assist in preparing optimized technical solutions.

• Participate in the evaluation and development of PV and BESS across different application scenarios.

• Support market development activities by assisting in business expansion, partnerships, and entry into new markets.

• Collect market insights and help analyze application scenarios and business models under senior guidance.

• Assist in solution design for global utility projects and support communication with customers' technical teams.

• Participate in industry exhibitions and technical meetings to learn market trends and represent Huawei's professional image.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in PV and/or BESS projects.

• Interest in technical or solution sales and willingness to develop customer- and project-facing skills.

• Ability to support projects within structured and complex organizations under senior guidance.

• Good understanding of PV, including BESS application scenarios concepts.

• Willingness to learn PV and BESS design standards, regulations, and technical specifications.

• Basic knowledge of BESS components such as batteries, PCS, and control systems, or strong motivation to learn.

• Interest in utility-scale and off-grid system architectures and their applications.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, with readiness to develop business-oriented communication skills (e.g. value, ROI).

• Motivation to work in an international, multicultural environment and learn from experienced team members.

• Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field.

• Fluent Polish and English is required.
