We are looking for a
Sales & Product Training Consultant
who will play a key role at the intersection of Life Science, Sales Enablement, and IT-powered learning systems. This position focuses on designing and delivering global digital training programs that support product innovation, sales performance, and technology-driven knowledge transfer.

You will work closely with global stakeholders, product managers, sales teams, and IT systems to ensure that training solutions are effective, scalable, and data-driven.

Remote work is possible, with occasional visits to the office in Wrocław (about once a month).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-create and execute a global digital training strategy for sales teams and channel partners.
  • Design and develop training programs and learning content in cooperation with Global Product Managers, Sales Trainers, and Regional Teams.
  • Coordinate new product launch training programs using digital learning platforms and tools.
  • Continuously optimize training processes - from needs analysis to evaluation and performance measurement.
  • Define and monitor training effectiveness KPIs, using data and reporting tools.
  • Update and adapt training materials in line with product evolution, market changes, and system upgrades.
  • Collaborate with IT and digital teams on LMS platforms, analytics tools, CRM integrations, and automation workflows.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in training, enablement, or project management within global or matrix organizations.
  • Solid scientific background (e.g. biotechnology, laboratory environment, in vitro diagnostics).
  • Strong ability to structure work, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • High level of digital literacy and comfort working with IT systems, learning platforms, and data tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English (min. C1 level).

  • Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Data analytics and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with digital transformation, automation, or cloud-based tools in training or sales processes.
