Polish-Speaking Content Moderator
You will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, positive, and compliant online environment for our Polish-speaking users by reviewing and moderating user-generated content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Review and Moderation:

  • Review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content (including text, images, and videos) in Polish to ensure it strictly adheres to platform guidelines and policies.

  • Identify and take appropriate action against content that includes but is not limited to: hate speech, violence, graphic material, spam, or other inappropriate language.

  • Policy Application and Quality Assurance:

  • Apply complex and constantly evolving client policies and guidelines to everyday moderation decisions with high accuracy and consistency.

  • Maintain a high standard of quality and productivity in daily work.

  • Reporting and Escalation:

  • Investigate reported content and user concerns in a timely manner.

  • Escalate complex, sensitive, or high-risk content issues to specialized teams or management as necessary.

  • Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on policy changes, cultural nuances, and market-specific regulations.

  • Provide feedback and insights to improve moderation processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Language Proficiency (Must-Have):

  • Fluent (both written and spoken) in Polish.

  • B2 level (or equivalent proficiency) in English for training, internal communication, and policy comprehension.

  • Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

  • Exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities to quickly and accurately determine content policy violations.
  • High level of emotional resilience and maturity, as the role involves exposure to sensitive, disturbing, and offensive content.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and consistently meet performance targets.

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with standard office tools.

  • Experience (Good to Have):

  • Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment is a definite plus, but not mandatory. Full training will be provided.

Work Environment & Schedule

  • Location: On-site in our office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
  • Shifts: Rotative shifts within a 24/7 operational environment (00:00 - 00:00, Monday - Sunday). You will work 8 hours per day, with 2 rotative days off per week.
  • Equipment: All necessary work equipment will be provided by the company.

Relocation Package
For candidates relocating to Sofia, we provide a supportive relocation package:

  • Rental Allowance: 300 BGN (Bulgarian Leva) rental allowance per month for the duration of the employment contract.
  • Flight Reimbursement: Up to 150 BGN flight reimbursement (can be processed immediately upon arrival or with your first salary).
  • Real Estate Assistance: Dedicated real estate administrative assistance to help you settle in and find accommodation.
