Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as Senior Consultant for Private Sector Advisory.
This position is ideal for someone who already has some relevant experience from consulting, investment banking or business development and is looking for a faster career track and more responsibility than in a traditional consultancy. As a part of Civitta Poland, you will be a core member of our office, working in a young and dynamic team. You will work on diverse development projects helping our clients solve their most critical business problems.
This position is open in Krakow and Warsaw. You will:
  • Perform desk research, conduct interviews, analyse data;
  • Analyse our client's business needs and design models to determine company growth opportunities and pricing strategies;
  • Participate in problem-solving sessions (both internal and external), suggest and justify problem-solving methods and solutions;
  • Synthesise your findings into reports;
  • Lead teams in delivery of selected project stages or small scale projects.
Requirements:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Finance or a related subject;
  • You have 2-3 years of working experience;
  • You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;

  • You have fluent level of Polish language;
