An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Production Planner (German speaking) to join the Building Flow Solutions Europe (GF BFS) team in Poland, reporting to the Production Planning Manager. We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented specialist. In this role, your ability to stay focused, think critically, and take ownership will directly contribute to the efficiency of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.
Within the Planning team, we are responsible for coordinating all key elements of the supply chain — including materials logistics, production, distribution, demand planning, and more. As a Production Planner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that supply and capacity are aligned to meet business needs.

Your responsibilities:

  • Creating and coordinating long-term and mid-term production plans for manufacturing facilities, including releasing new orders in Oracle Cloud
  • Preparing raw materials forecasts
  • Performing operational tasks related to planning processes
  • Maintaining accurate planning master data for new and existing items
  • Identifying and resolving bottlenecks within own responsibility and proposing scenarios for issues beyond authorization level
  • Planning according to priorities, deciding on priority items in case of constraints
  • Cooperating closely with the manufacturing plant and diverse business partners
  • Preparing structured documentation to present results and highlight key issues
  • Driving continuous improvements in planning processes, service levels, and inventory management.

Our requirements:

  • Experience in production planning
  • Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain planning processes
  • Good understanding of ERP-based planning systems and their logic
  • Proficiency in English
  • Communicative German
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Structured, proactive, and persistent working style
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
