What is this job all about?

As a
UI/UX Designer
, you'll craft intuitive flows and polished visuals that define Fishing Clash's player experience. Bring your ideas to life and see them directly in the game

What will you be doing?

• Take ownership of defining users' jobs and journeys based on the product manager's vision;
• Identify interface challenges and implement solutions that improve players' experience;
• Research the market and benchmark competitors to extract trends and insights that can enhance the visual layer of the game;
• Propose UI concepts and artistic directions aligned with the game's unique style and identity;
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and artists to create and refine solutions;
• Design and iterate on prototypes and user flows for new features based on feedback and data;
• Optimize the game's interface directly within the engine;
• Produce and implement UI assets in Unity.

What are we looking for?

• 2+ years of professional experience in mobile game development;
• Proven ability to design responsive mobile UI — from early concepts to final polished visuals;
• Strong skills in creating refined, user-friendly, and visually cohesive UI assets (menus, buttons, icons, animations, etc.);
• A solid sense of layout, structure, and color theory;
• Genuine interest in UI/UX best practices and usability standards;
• Hands-on Unity experience with the ability to implement your designs directly into the game would be a plus; if you don't know Unity yet, no worries, we'll teach you everything you need
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite;
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
• Understanding of art optimization techniques for mobile games;
• A proactive, ownership-driven approach to work;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Amaze us with:

• A strong grasp of composition and visual hierarchy;
• Experience with AI tools in creative workflows;
• Understanding of game design principles;
• Knowledge of creating interface animations and visual effects;
• Familiarity with Figma;
• Ability to create simple 2D assets independently;
• UX research experience;
• Solid knowledge of the gaming industry and its latest trends.
