Kogo szukamy?

Zespół Web Delivery odpowiada za tworzenie nowoczesnych stron i sklepów internetowych, od briefu, przez projekt i development, aż po wdrożenie gotowego rozwiązania dla klienta. 

Szukamy osoby, która połączy w sobie dwa światy: sprzedaży i project managementu. Jeśli potrafisz rozpoznać potrzeby klienta, zaproponować rozwiązanie, a potem doprowadzić projekt do finalizacji z pomocą zespołu developerów – to może być Twoje miejsce.

Twoje codzienne zadania:

  • Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych klientów – m.in. działania outboundowe, cold calling, kontakt z leadami.

  • Prowadzenie procesu sprzedażowego – od zbadania potrzeb klienta po przygotowanie oferty i negocjacje.

  • Koordynacja realizacji projektów stron i sklepów internetowych (rola Project Managera).

  • Współpraca z zespołem developerów, grafików i copywriterów przy wdrażaniu projektów.

  • Dbanie o terminowość, budżet i jakość realizacji.

  • Budowanie długofalowych relacji z klientami – od pierwszego kontaktu po opiekę po wdrożeniu.

  • masz już za sobą pierwsze szlify w zarządzaniu projektami / zarządzaniu stronami i/lub sklepami internetowymi

  • chcesz się rozwijać w obszarze zarządzania projektami e-commerce i uczyć od najlepszych, 

  • lubisz kontakt z klientem i jesteś nastawiony na rozwiązywanie problemów,

  • biegle posługujesz się językiem angielskim zarówno w mowie, jak i w piśmie,

  • mile widziana znajomość obsługi Wordpressa, ale nie jest to konieczne.
