What will you do?
*As Our Talent Acquisition Manager, You Will:*

• develop & execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing & selection
• maintain & update job descriptions & postings across job boards, including social media
• build & maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• conduct initial interviews & assess candidates' qualifications along with cultural fit
• coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• negotiate job offers, salary, and benefits packages
• ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
• track & analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency & hiring success
• stay updated on industry trends, talent acquisition strategies & best practices

Who are we looking for and what's needed to succeed in the role?

*Ideally, You'll Bring With You:*

• proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a standalone Internal Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role
• strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methods
• excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously & work in a fast-paced environment
• strong decision-making & problem-solving skills
• hands-on, self-driven & entrepreneurial mindset
• proficiency in English C1 is a must
