Team Manager PCC
(Project Control & Coordination) based in our
Warsaw or Poznań office
, you will lead a team of Project Coordinators, Senior Project Coordinators and/or Project Managers, driving the delivery of Combustibles product launch and change initiatives across Branded Pack markets. You will be accountable for a specific project portfolio and responsible for transforming processes and ways of working within your assigned business area.

This role combines leadership, strategic coordination, and hands-on project management. You will ensure that all projects within the Product Introduction Process (PIP) are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also act as a key contact for stakeholders across markets and functions, supporting continuous improvement and transformation initiatives.

Principle Accountabilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and development plans,
• Oversee market project portfolio delivery and drive transformation of processes and cross-functional ways of working,
• Serve as PCC consultant for market clusters as well as Regional and GSC stakeholders, supporting project initiation, risk and crisis management,
• Anticipate workload and change impact and trigger respective preparatory measures,
• Provide transparency on project portfolio status to stakeholders and leadership.

Skills and Experience Required

• Significant experience in project management, with proven success in managing complex cross-functional or cross-regional projects preferably related to Product Introduction/Product Change.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills, including intercultural collaboration and influencing skills.
• Excellent project management skills with a pragmatic, results-driven approach and the drive to improve processes and ways of working.
• Team management skills, ability to engage and build a team spirit.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
