Project
You will be involved in a
financial
project focused on transforming a legacy automation platform into a
modern
solution based on
VMware vRealize Automation (VRA 8.x)
and
BMC Digital Workplace
. The goal is to recreate and enhance existing
self-service
workflows using these new technologies.

Responsibilities You'll Have

  • Develop new workflow automation components and integrations
  • Build and optimize VRA and vRealize Orchestrator (VRO) workflows
  • Support the setup and configuration of the VRA platform
  • Guide and mentor less experienced developers working with VRA
  • Collaborate with international teams (Denmark, Finland, Poland, India)
  • Work according to documentation, requirements, and Agile processes

Expected competences and knowledge

  • Hands-on experience with VMware vRealize Automation 8.x and Orchestrator
  • Solid understanding of workflow automation and XaaS services
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript)
  • Understanding of YAML, JSON, and CI/CD practices
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Jira)
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team
