Responsibilities:
  • coordinating selected group accounting and reporting activities within the global finance structure,
  • supporting the preparation and review of consolidation packages and group-level financial information,
  • ensuring compliance with IFRS and internal accounting policies; US GAAP exposure is considered an advantage,
  • cooperation with international teams supporting audit, tax and financial reporting processes,
  • participation in global finance transformation initiatives, including process standardization and implementation of best practices,
  • supporting month-end and year-end closing activities within the group,
  • contributing to the development of accounting guidelines and internal controls.
Requirements:
  • university degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field,
  • minimum 5 years of experience in audit, group accounting, financial reporting or consolidation (Big4 experience welcomed),
  • very good understanding of IFRS; familiarity with US GAAP will be a plus,
  • fluency in English allowing effective communication in an international environment,
  • availability to work in a hybrid model - 3 days per week from the office in Katowice,
  • strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines,
  • experience in cross-functional cooperation and participation in finance projects.
