Strategy Senior Manager Financial Services Team, Strategy and Transactions

The Opportunity
You'll be a part of a very dynamic team focused on the following types of projects:

• Corporate and growth strategy – providing in-depth market, competitor and customer insights and leveraging financial and operational perspectives to implement strategic plans,
• Transaction strategy and execution – projects across the whole deal lifecycle (e.g. Commercial DueDiligence, Value Creation Plan, Post Merger Integration),
• Turnaround and restructuring strategy – projects focused on solving business issues in critical andcomplex situations to reshape for a better future.

Regionally and locally, our focus is on the Financial Services clients, including:

• Banks,
• Insurance,
• Payments,
• Asset management,
• Fintechs, neo-banks,
• Financial intermediation,
• Leasing, factoring, non-bank lenders,
• Portfolio transactions,

Your Key Responsibilities

• leading projects for Financial Services clients,
• leading business development,
• developing and mentoring junior team members,
• EY.AI - in this role, your capabilities are augmented by artificial intelligence. With AI-powered solutions your analyses, insights and innovative ideas will reach a higher level. Starting with a series of training sessions, you will then use EYQ - your virtual assistant, along with other unique tools often available exclusively at EY. Your Background

• experience in Financial Services marketsstrong track record in strategy consulting 8+ years within a Strategy or Big 4 consultancy or bluechip industry organization,
• experience in managerial role,
• fluency in Polish and English,
• strong experience in leadership, managing complex business projects and team play attitude,
• strong internal and external business development acumen,
• strong creativity, innovation, problem solving skills,
