We're looking for an
Engineering Team Lead
to guide one of our development squads in Poland. The role combines technical oversight with people development, working closely with Product and Customer Delivery to bring our data-driven solutions to life. You'll report to the Head of Product Development and play a key role in shaping how the team builds, learns, and delivers.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and coach a team of engineers through regular 1:1s, mentoring, and day-to-day support.
  • Oversee development work, provide technical direction, and remove roadblocks.
  • Work with Product Management to translate roadmap goals into clear engineering plans.
  • Partner with Customer Delivery to address project gaps and customer needs.
  • Participate in architecture and design discussions, contributing practical, grounded input.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and the growth of developing engineers within the team.
  • Help evolve our ways of working as we scale — pragmatically and collaboratively.

What You Bring

  • Background as a software engineer, ideally with experience in Java or similar ecosystems.
  • Solid grounding in systems built around high-volume or real-time data.
  • Experience leading or mentoring engineers and building confidence in earlier-career team members.
  • Knowledge of modern engineering practices: Agile delivery, CI/CD, DevOps, containers, cloud.
  • A practical, positive style — good communicator, culturally aware, enjoys working closely with teams.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
