Job Title:
PMO Specialist / Project Management Officer

Experience:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PMO professional to support project governance, reporting, and coordination activities across multiple programs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with proven experience in financial tracking, RAID management, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, consolidate, and maintain
    project reports
    , dashboards, and executive presentations (PowerPoint).
  • Coordinate
    project activities, status updates, and meetings across cross-functional teams.
  • Manage and track
    project financials
    , budgets, and forecasts.
  • Maintain and update
    RAID logs
    (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
  • Support creation and execution of
    remediation plans
    and action trackers.
  • Ensure adherence to PMO standards, templates, and governance frameworks.
  • Provide analytical support for portfolio performance and delivery tracking.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between project teams and senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in a
    PMO or project coordination
    role.
  • Strong proficiency in
    MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    ; experience with
    project management tools
    (MS Project, Jira, Clarity, etc.) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to
    analyze data
    and produce clear, insightful reports.
  • Excellent
    organization, coordination, and communication
    skills.
  • Experience managing
    project financials, RAID logs, and remediation plans
    .
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation capabilities.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / PMO certification preferred.
