BMS Site Coordinator – Industrial Construction

(9-Month Contract | Nysa, Poland)

We're looking for an experienced BMS Site Coordinator / Construction Manager to join a major industrial manufacturing project in Nysa, Poland.

You'll oversee the installation, commissioning, and integration of Building Management Systems (BMS) across a large-scale facility — coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting system integration with Fire, HVAC, and Security systems.

What you'll do:

  • Coordinate installation and commissioning of BMS and control systems
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure high-quality, safe site delivery
  • Interface with design and project management teams to resolve technical issues
  • Support integration between BMS, Fire, and HVAC systems
  • Maintain progress tracking, QA documentation, and site reports

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years' experience in BMS or Building Automation projects
  • Background in electrical, automation, or HVAC control systems
  • Experience managing site installations in an industrial or construction environment
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Polish

Details:

Poland (on-site, 3+ days per week) - 9-month contract with extension potential - Competitive hourly rate (paid in euros)
