You will passionately represent BCG Platinion as part of Boston Consulting Group towards promising talents and will shape the ideal candidate journey with your creative ideas and insights into the latest recruiting trends. As a Recruiting & EB specialist:

  • You will closely interact with all colleagues within the company, thereby expanding your knowledge in IT consulting
  • You will assist in defining effective sourcing and recruiting strategies and implement them in your daily business
  • You will support the direct search area and contribute your own profitable ideas
  • You will attract new talents and guide them through the recruiting process
  • You are familiar with our value proposition and ensure a positive candidate journey
  • You will help in attracting and retaining young talents as part of our various programs and initiatives
  • You will enrich our recruiting, our processes, and our systems in cross-functional team projects
  • You will organize and manage employer branding events, such as workshops, university collaborations, meetups, and tech talks, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence
  • You will [lan and execute employer branding campaigns across digital and offline channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, job platforms, university networks) to increase visibility among target talent groups.

This is how you make a difference

  • You have completed your studies or training with above-average success
  • You bring minimum 2-3 years of relevant recruiting and employer branding experience
  • You know the common recruiting channels (from active sourcing to event organization to collaborating with recruitment agencies)
  • You possess a healthy hunting instinct, enjoy working in a service-oriented manner, and communicate confidently across all target groups
  • You present yourself professionally, empathetically, and authentically, and communicate confidently in both Polish and English
