We're looking for a motivated marketing graduate or someone at the start of their career to join our team as our new Influencer Marketing Specialist in Poland
If you're passionate about social media, love building relationships, and want to grow your marketing skills in a fast-moving brand, this could be the perfect role for you

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Discovering new influencers, affiliate partners, and brand ambassadors to collaborate with

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with creators and partners

  • Reviewing and evaluating influencer content and performance

  • Planning and coordinating product promotions

  • Tracking campaign performance and looking for ways to improve

  • Supporting creative campaign ideas and influencer strategies

  • Helping to organize events and brand activations

About You:

  • You're a people person – a great communicator and active listener

  • Polish C1-C2 and English at B2-C1 level

  • You love social media and keep up with influencer trends

  • You're organized, adaptable, and not scared of a spreadsheet or some admin work

  • You're creative, full of ideas, and love contributing to a team

  • You're eager to learn, detail-oriented, and follow through on tasks
