Kick-start your career in digital orthodontics.
You'll create high-quality digital treatment plans and set-ups in our CAD software—working to clinical prescriptions, following clear protocols, and teaming up with colleagues to deliver great results.

What You'll Do

  • Build precise digital treatment plans that follow prescriptions and internal standards.
  • Run simple–medium cases on your own; support complex cases with guidance from senior designers/orthodontic consultants.
  • Communicate and document treatment planning in our software/platforms.
  • Apply company policies and procedures to solve routine issues—no repeat mistakes.
  • Take on small-scope projects and join meetings, trainings, tests, and daily tasks.
  • Follow DPS work instructions, clinical protocols, quality and safety guidelines, and production schedules.
  • Spot and share improvements to help hit KPIs (quality, productivity, lead time, conversion, value).

What You Bring

  • Diploma/Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Up to 1 year of directly related experience.
  • Solid computer skills and Microsoft Office; CAD-CAM/3D experience is an advantage.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
  • Logical thinker, results- and quality-focused; calm under pressure and a problem solver.
  • Clear communication, team mindset, and a passion for learning.
  • Good English (written/spoken) is a plus.
