HR Specialist

We are seeking a
dedicated HR Specialist
to join our dynamic HR Team at
LU-VE
. In this role, you will report directly to the
Local HR Manager
and be based at
SEST LU-VE POLSKA, Gliwice, Poland
. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to HR initiatives in a supportive and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

As an HR Specialist, you will:

• Manage
  personnel administration
  , including working with HR systems, time tracking, employee services, and coordination with external payroll providers.
• Support the HR team and employees in areas such as
  HR policies, labor law, development programs, and efficiency systems
  .
• Contribute to the
  continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures
  .
• Prepare
  reports, HR analyses, and professional presentations
  .
• Administer
  employee benefits
  and cooperate with external service providers.
• Collaborate with
  temporary employment agencies
  as needed.
• Actively participate in
  recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  processes.
• Work closely with
  other departments
  to ensure smooth HR operations.
• Support
  employer branding initiatives
  and contribute to HR projects from inception to implementation.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in
  Management, Human Resources, or Economics
  .
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR
  .

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of
  Polish labor law
  .
• Proficiency in
  English
  (B1/B2).
• Advanced skills in
  MS Office
  , especially Excel.
• Excellent
  communication and interpersonal skills
  .
• Creative mindset with the ability to
  propose and implement innovative HR solutions
  .
