Poszukujemy doświadczonego Inżyniera ML, który będzie odpowiedzialny za projektowanie, budowanie i wdrażanie zaawansowanych aplikacji opartych o LLM oraz systemy baz wiedzy. Będziesz kluczową osobą w zespole wprowadzającym architekturę agentową do naszych produktów.

Zakres Obowiązków:
  • Projektowanie i implementacja systemów RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) w celu tworzenia firmowych baz wiedzy i inteligentnych asystentów.
  • Rozwój, testowanie i wdrażanie współczesnych systemów agentowych (w tym wieloagentowych) do automatyzacji złożonych procesów.
  • Tworzenie zaawansowanych narzędzi wsparcia użytkownika z wykorzystaniem LangChain/LangGraph (lub równoważnych frameworków) oraz utrzymanie i rozszerzanie ADK (Agent Development Kit).
  • Optymalizacja wydajności i kosztów działania modeli LLM oraz systemów opartych o wektorowe bazy danych.
  • Aktywne wykorzystywanie technik Prompt Engineering do maksymalizacji trafności i jakości odpowiedzi modelu.
  • Współpraca z Data Scientistami i inżynierami MLOps w celu zapewnienia ciągłej integracji i dostarczania (CI/CD) rozwiązań.
Wymagania Konieczne:
  • Programowanie: Biegła znajomość języka Python i doświadczenie w jego użyciu w projektach AI/ML.
  • LLM & RAG: Głębokie zrozumienie architektury i działania Dużych Modeli Językowych (LLM) oraz udokumentowane doświadczenie w budowie systemów RAG.
  • Frameworki Agentowe: Praktyczna znajomość LangChain oraz doświadczenie w pracy z ADK (Agent Development Kit) lub w projektowaniu architektur dla systemów agentowych.
  • Prompt Engineering: Zaawansowane umiejętności w zakresie promptowania, w tym technik takich jak Chain-of-Thought (CoT), Few-Shot Prompting.
  • NLP: Silne podstawy teoretyczne i praktyczne w zakresie Przetwarzania Języka Naturalnego (NLP) i transformatorów.
  • Data Science Tools: Znajomość kluczowego oprogramowania i bibliotek wspierających ML i Data Science (np. NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch / TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
Mile Widziane:
  • Doświadczenie z bazami wektorowymi (np. Quadrant, ChromaDB, Pinecone, Milvus).
  • Znajomość narzędzi MLOps (np. MLflow, Kubeflow).
  • Znajomość technologii kontenerowych (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z chmurą publiczną (Azure, AWS, GCP).
