About The Position
Location: Katowice, Poland

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Procurement Team Leader to join our back office team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to lead and manage a team of procurement experts, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our procurement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop and implement procurement processes and best practices aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
  • Ensure full compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct quality reviews and compliance checks on key or high-risk aspects of the procurement process.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, including MDM, Procurement, and Finance, to support and achieve business objectives.

  • Proven experience in procurement and/or supply chain management.
  • Previous experience managing a multicultural team.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Hands-on experience with procurement systems such as Ariba or Coupa.
  • Experience working with ERP systems like SAP R3/S4.
  • Deep knowledge of procurement best practices.
