Spare Parts Sales Management Specialist
to strengthen our After-Sales team and support our growing operations in Poland and across the region.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Order Review:
Review and approve customer purchase orders in line with company standards. Manage order exceptions and ensure smooth processing. - Shortage Tracking:
Monitor the delivery status of missing parts, coordinate internally, and ensure fast response to customer needs. - Order Management:
Organize shipments according to contract terms, track logistics progress, and prepare customs clearance documentation. - Payment Management:
Follow up on outstanding payments, resolve account discrepancies, and minimize overdue balances. - Data Maintenance:
Manage spare parts codes, update replacement relationships, and maintain standard price lists. - Inventory Control:
Support stock management to improve turnover, delivery accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring
- Background in
Engineering
,
Supply Chain Management
, or related field. - Minimum
1 year of experience
in spare parts sales or order management. - Proficiency in
MS Office
tools. - Strong
communication
,
coordination
, and
problem-solving
skills. - Fluent
English or Polish
(both preferred). - High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
