Role: TOSCA Consultant

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid 3 days onsite/week)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled
TOSCA Consultant
to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks using
Tricentis TOSCA
. The ideal candidate should have strong automation expertise, experience in software testing methodologies, and a good understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated test cases using
  TOSCA TestSuite
  .
• Analyze business and technical requirements to identify test automation opportunities.
• Create, execute, and maintain
  end-to-end automated test scripts
  across web, API, and desktop applications.
• Integrate TOSCA automation scripts with
  CI/CD tools
  like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Bamboo.
• Work closely with QA, Development, and Business teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot automation issues and optimize test scripts for performance and maintainability.
• Manage
  TOSCA Test Repository
  , modules, and reusable components.
• Generate automation reports and metrics for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior automation engineers on TOSCA best practices.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience (3+ years)
  in
  Tricentis TOSCA
  automation.
• Strong understanding of
  test case design
  , execution, and automation frameworks.
• Experience with
  API Testing
  ,
  TOSCA Commander
  , and
  TOSCA BI
  (if applicable).
• Working knowledge of
  Continuous Integration
  tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Familiarity with
  Agile / DevOps
  methodologies.
• Basic scripting knowledge (VBScript, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell) is a plus.
• Experience with
  Test Data Management (TDM)
  and
  Service Virtualization (TOSCA DI)
  is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have:

• TOSCA Certification
  (Automation Specialist Level 1 & 2, Test Design Specialist, or BI Specialist).
• Exposure to
  SAP Testing
  ,
  Mainframe
  , or
  Mobile automation
  using TOSCA.
• Knowledge of
  SQL
  and database validation.
• Understanding of
  Test Strategy
  ,
  Defect Lifecycle
  , and
  QA processes
  .
