Are you passionate about numbers, analysis, and understanding how financial risks shape investment decisions? We are looking for a Risk Analyst to join our risk management team. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in monitoring market, credit, and operational risks while learning from experienced professionals in the asset management industry.

*Your tasks*

  • Monitoring compliance of managed funds with internal risk limits
  • Supporting implementation and improvement of risk management processes, methods, and procedures
  • Preparing analyses related to market, liquidity, and credit risk
  • Contributing to the development of the sustainability risk framework
  • Identifying, assessing, and monitoring operational and market risks
  • Preparing regular risk reports for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Higher education in mathematics, economics, finance, or statistics
  • Around 1 year of experience in a risk management or asset management role (internships included)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Excel, experience with data tools (e.g., Python, Power BI) will be an asset
  • Accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to work under time pressure
  • Curiosity about the asset management and financial markets environment
  • Fluent in Polish required
  • Residing in Poland required

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications (CFA, PRM, Investment Advisor, etc.) will be an advantage
