As a
Senior
Marketing Executive
in the field of Ultrasound products, you will support our marketing activities in North East Europe in further developing the appearance of Mindray in an advertising-effective manner. You bring in your creative ideas and support us in the conception and implementation of marketing measures.

Your Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of internal and external marketing measures, in particular revising brochures & website content.
  • Planning and preparation, implementation and follow-up of trade fairs, congress activities and marketing events.
  • Creation and evaluation of marketing campaigns (e-mail newsletter, direct mailings, print advertisements, specialist articles, etc.).
  • Creation and administration of marketing related documents (lead management, marketing asset tracking, reference lists, etc.)
  • KOL Management: develop and maintain KOL relationships.
  • Training system: establish the training system, plan and supervise the implementation of training for internal and external teams.
  • Close coordination with the international headquarter in China, as well as the local sales and marketing team.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Experience in the medical devices sector in ultrasound line is a must
  • Very good relations with Key Opinion Leaders from the ultrasound market.
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or business administration or relevant field would be a strong plus.
  • Experience in the medical devices sector would be a strong plus.
  • High creative energy and ability to recognize differentiated scenarios.
  • Confident handling of MS Office - especially PowerPoint, Excel and Word - as well as internet and social media skills.
  • Structured, independent and accurate working manners.
  • Good knowledge of software tools for editing graphics (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc.) is an advantage.
