The Sourcing Business Intelligence Analyst for Radiometer is responsible for supporting the growing need for developing and maintaining our Business Intelligence applications, while supporting transitioning within our current tools. You will provide hands-on support in maintaining the data and data structure to be used for analyzing complex data sets, creating impactful BI reports, providing strategic recommendations to support key business decisions, while working at the core of Global Operations and sourcing. You will also facilitate and drive the development of BI applications that will be used across sites and lead the transition from QlikView to Microsoft Power BI. You will engage with stakeholders on all levels and with Radiometer global supplier base.

You will be a part of the Global Sourcing team and report to the Associate Director responsible for Sustainability, Supplier Risk & Data. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Take ownership of Procurement data and data flow, e.g. Finance, volumes, stock.

• Support our data analytics and collection within Radiometer Global Procurement.

• Building and maintaining a new sourcing analytics Power BI platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Support the global sourcing team in their activities, driving data structure.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Ideally bachelor's or master's degree within IT, Finance or Procurement.

• Fluency in both written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical abilities and a talent for problem-solving.

• +2 years working with Power BI and developing BI applications.

• Skilled or Expert in Microsoft Office Excel, SQL, DAX & Power BI

• Ability to effectively communicate complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Strong business acumen and understanding of sourcing processes.

• Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Python programming.

• Experience with transactional data flow for Microsoft Dynamics Axapta or similar ERP system
