Job Description

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to Global Shared Services team who can handle daily operational tasks and support us with achieving its goals and report, implement Continuous Improvement ideas.

You will report to Team Leader ISC - GLOBAL SHARED SERVICES.

You will work hybrid (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at office). Flexible working hours: 7:00 - 9:00 to 15:00 - 17:00

Your Responsibilities:
  • The accountability over different Customer Care and supply chain processes (e.g. order management)
  • Resolve issues related to handled processes
  • Making sure the process instructions are updated and accurate
  • Customer Focus: Assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Communicate with internal and external partners
  • Address business issues in appropriate manner
  • Responsibility for delivering process innovations and continuous improvement ideas
  • Participate in Lean projects
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • English language skills (B2)
  • Familiarity with the project management methodology (LSS, PRINCE2)
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Continuous improvement mindset: focused on implementing process improvements
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Spanish language will be an asset
  • Experience in Power Automate or Power BI will be an asset
