Accounting Specialist - Inventory (2nd shift)

- QVC Group has an exciting opportunity for a Accountant Specialist to join the Corporate Finance department. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Inventory Accounting, you will play a key role in handling inventory-related financial operations and reporting.
Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite from 3 to 5 times per month in our office on Wielicka 30 in Kraków. (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
- This role requires availability to work on 2nd shift - between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Perform GL account reconciliations on inventory related accounts
- Assist with month end financial closing inventory data aggregation
- Partner with internal departments to fulfil inventory data request
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Contribute to special projects and process /automation improvements in inventory accounting
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Basic knowledge of US GAAP
- SAP Materials Management experience
- Proficient in excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
- Process oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
