Are you a natural deal-maker who thrives on finding new opportunities and turning prospects into loyal clients?

We're expanding our sales team and looking for a
Sales Representative (Hunter)
to lead our growth in Southern Poland — building relationships with transport companies and helping them optimize fleet management through our innovative telematics platform.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be on the front lines of our growth:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the transport and logistics sector
  • Understand customer challenges and present tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle – from first contact to signed contract
  • Organize and conduct product demos, presentations, and tests
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and report progress through CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth handover after closing deals

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a proactive, independent, and ambitious hunter:

  • Based in Poland (preferably southern region) and open to travel
  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in telematics or GPS tracking
  • Solid understanding of the transport and logistics industry
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
  • Self-driven, energetic, and result-oriented personality
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
  • Passion for technology and helping businesses improve efficiency
